Hi, I’m Kacie.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, supervised by Maribel Arias, LPC-S, NCC. I work with women throughout Texas navigating motherhood, aging, injury, career demands, and changing seasons of life — all while trying to stay active and strong.

I understand the realities women face, including the mental and emotional weight that comes from caring for others while also trying to care for yourself. You may look capable and composed on the outside, yet internally feel anxious, stretched thin, or self-critical.

My approach helps women like you respond differently to anxious thoughts, pressure, and self-doubt rather than constantly fighting them. Our work focuses on clarifying what truly matters to you, regulating your nervous system, and making space for your emotions without judgment — so you can move forward with steadiness and intention. My Background
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 15 years as a classroom teacher. That season of my life deeply shaped the way I approach this work. I witnessed firsthand the pressure women carry — balancing professional responsibilities, caregiving roles, expectations from others, and often their own internal standards — all while trying to hold everything together.
​
During my clinical training, I interned at the Family Violence Prevention Services, serving clients at Haven for Hope. There I worked with individuals navigating significant life stressors and transitions. That experience strengthened my ability to sit with complex emotions, offer steady support, and help clients build practical tools for resilience. Together, these experiences inform the grounded, compassionate, and structured approach I bring to counseling today.
