Therapy for women who train hard and carry a lot.

For women balancing family, work, and training who want to feel steady and more like themselves again.

You might recognize yourself here.

You care about showing up well — in your work, your relationships, and your training.

You’re used to pushing through. You follow through. You handle what needs to be handled.

But lately, it feels heavier.

There’s very little margin. Your mind doesn’t settle the way it used to.

Even the workouts that once helped you regulate don’t always quiet the noise.

You don’t need someone

to tell you to slow down.

You want to feel steady again. Clear. More like yourself — in your body and in your life.

What working together looks like.

In our work together, we slow things down just enough to notice what's underneath the pressure you carry.

We'll pay attention to the stories your mind keeps telling you-about performance, responsibility, and what you "should" be able to handle.

Instead of fighting your thoughts or trying to eliminate stress completely, we'll build a different relationship with them that allows you to stay grounded.

We'll clarify what truly matters to you in your relationships, your work, and your training-so your energy goes toward what aligns with your values, not just your expectations.
